Advantages of storing goods on loft-style shelves

1. When materials are being issued or received from storage, an inventory sheet should be promptly filled out, specifying information such as the time, person handling, approver, source and purpose, material name, specifications, quantity, unit price, and amount. If there are any discrepancies, the reasons should be promptly identified and reported to the leadership or the relevant department for handling.

2. Carefully check the variety, quantity, and specifications on the purchase order and accompanying documents during warehousing, and have relevant personnel inspect the quality before processing the warehousing.

3. There are two methods for material issue.

a. Issue materials according to the signed and confirmed "Engineering Material Requisition Form".

b. For sporadic requisition due to experiments or maintenance, an outbound form must be filled out.

4. Handle the processing of expected production stock returns and placing them on the shelves, complete the stock return and shelving procedures, and indicate the corresponding department or contract number.

5. Both semi-finished and finished products must pass inspection before being stored and labeled as qualified.

6. The project leader is required to issue finished products according to the "Engineering Material Requisition Form".

Second, item storage

1. The warehouse divides the shelves into different zones based on major categories for the storage of materials.

2. Valuable materials should be stored separately, with the keys kept by the responsible person and not lent out without permission.

3. For small items and small quantities, materials should be stored reasonably and easily accessible for easy retrieval.

4. Combine irregular inventory checks with regular inventory checks to ensure consistency between accounts and reality.

III. Tool Lending

1. All parts and tools lent and returned for maintenance and construction purposes must be signed and registered by the person handling them. If there are special management requirements, they must also be signed by the approver. Upon return, the items should be inspected for usage status. Parts awaiting disposal after maintenance or replacement should be stored separately, and relevant departments should be promptly notified for inspection and maintenance, or the supplier should be contacted for return or replacement. If parts and tools are damaged or lost due to personal responsibility, the situation should be reported to the leadership for handling.

Fourth, safety and hygiene requirements for the warehouse.

1. Smoking is prohibited in the warehouse. Keep it clean and sanitary, and ensure proper ventilation

2. Non-custodial personnel are not allowed to enter without permission.

3. Both the custodian and the person handling material inbound and outbound must handle items with care and a sense of responsibility. Any intentional throwing or smashing will be reported to the leadership, and depending on the severity of the situation, warnings or fines will be imposed.

4. When using equipment in the warehouse, such as shelves, please adhere to operational guidelines. If anyone fails to take care of public property, the custodian has the responsibility to stop or warn them.

5. When the custodian is out, they should pay attention to operational norms, and have the responsibility to stop or warn those who do not take care of public property.

6. When the custodian is away, ensure the safety of the warehouse. Close the windows and lights, and cut off the power supply when getting off work.
